A grown-up stays in charge

The Cove Club is designed for a parent, guardian, teacher, librarian, or other responsible adult to manage. We do not ask young readers to create accounts, provide email addresses, or submit their full names.

What a feedback email may include

A grown-up may send a reader nickname or initials, an optional Cove Card code, answers about a book, and the adult’s name and relationship to the reader. The adult’s own email address will be included by their email service.

How we use it

We use feedback to understand readers’ experiences, improve Stinky Cove stories and activities, answer the adult, and keep a simple record of Cove Shells. We do not sell personal information.

Anonymous reader quotes

Quote permission is optional and separate from earning Cove Shells. If an adult checks that permission, we may use the reader’s words without the child’s name, email, or identifying details. Permission may be withdrawn by emailing us.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep only what is reasonably needed to run the club and document rewards. A parent or guardian may ask to see, correct, or delete their family’s Cove Club information at any time.
